Contracted/New Specialty Sales Forces

Hiring, Management and Training:
We build high impact specialty saleforces which include: Territory alignment, representative / management level screening, interviewing and hiring including salesforce training, incentive plan structure & salesforce management. Our entire team has successfully worked in sales and sales management in the life sciences industry prior to joining PSS. This gives our clients more resources and strategies to build high performing teams. Our goal is to design and build sales forces that meet the needs and budgets of our clients while delivering a salesforce that will increase sales results faster than other sales and marketing organizations.

    Training Philosophy and Implementation:
    Our sales representative training approach puts complete emphasis on "specialty market" selling strategies that include: Clinical/technical comprehension, excellent selling/closing techniques, strong listening skills, effective routing/planning fundamentals and teaching effective relationship building skills. Our interactive role-play simulations and best practice strategies allow reps to utilize their own selling style while giving clinical presentations that ultimately deliver measurable sales results.

  • Meet with your marketing/sales department and PR/marketing firm
  • Review tactical planning and messaging to build training presentations
  • Facilitation of strategic planning session to confirm selling strategy and proper messaging
  • Create training manuals utilizing marketing materials/clinical studies/sales aids and PSS
  • Execute training classes at national and/or regional locations
  • Final evaluation of representatives on messaging, technical selling and overall performance
